Well it's about time I wrote something again, I've been pretty slack through the back half of 2009, best sort that out really for next year. Although to be fair in cycling terms I've not ridden a bike for about two weeks, I'm beginning to miss riding now, if the weather is a little better soon I shall get out and get some miles in, club run on Sunday at the very least if it's dry.
